Since yesterday I have been having problems with both 'Playback' and 'Live View' when accessing via the Hikvision site or Hik-Connect.
I can log in OK but, when I try to use either option it simply takes me back to the log-in screen again, and so it goes on, round and round in a circle. the Hik-Connect app on my phone seems to be working fine though.
Anyone else having similar problems? This is definitely only a very recent thing.
I have tried searching the internet to see if anyone else has reported the same problem but haven't come across anything yet and so I thought that I would try here.
