I use ezviz and i have a hik vision system

I have entered the codes but it the says that the account has already been used and we have to delete the existing one where do we delete it from
Also tried to uninstall the ezviz program it still doesn't work
Please help

Do you mean that you use the ezviz App?
Why don't you use the Hik-Connect App if you have a Hikvision system?

If it says that you're devices (their serial numbers) have already been attached to another account you will need to ask your reseller to ask Hikvision Tech Support to delete those serial numbers from any other accounts.
