I Series NVR and PTZ smart tracking settings

Hi,
Has anybody found how you can set the zoom ratio for PTZ smart tracking on the I series NVR?
I have found it on the camera, but without being able to see the video in the preview you cannot set the Zoom ratio.

It is quite common for some camera-specific settings to not be accessible from within the NVRs settings, I assume you are a Mac user and don't have access to Internet Explorer because IE should still work and you should be able to see a picture when logged directly into the camera.

If you don't have access to Internet Explorer then we would recommend that you install iVMS-4200 and access the remote configuration settings of the PTZ using iVMS and you may be able to set the zoom ratio from there.
