Howto setup volume with DS-KH6320-WTE1/2 + DS-KD8003-IME1/2

Hi,

how could I setup the many different necessary volume levels?

I think the firmware have to difference between:
- speaker volume outside
- microphone sensitivity outside
- calling sound outside (or disable? how?)

- speaker volume display
- microphone sensitivity display
- doorbell sound

But in the iVMS4200 software I can only find two volumes...

If you are running the latest firmware for both the Indoor station and video intercom you should see 3 volume options for the outdoor Intercom in iVMS-4200 (see below) and the volume controls for the Indoor station will be found in the settings of the touch screen, see the release notes for the indoor station.

You will find the latest firmware for both the Indoor Station and Outdoor Intercom at the Hikvision Download Portal
