Is it possible for me to check and see WHO is Arming and Disarming the AX Pro I have installed on site and WHEN? I have a number of Tags I have handed out to staff and seems to be working fine - but twice now I have had the alarm armed during the day (started getting the countdown beeps) without anyone going near the Tag Reader (I have a CCTV camera near it so I can see if anyone goes near it - no-one did), and then the alarm has gone off when staff are moving around inside.
I have had a look around the AX Pro settings/HikVision App and software and while I can see alerts for the alarm going off (plus my phone alerts me) - but I can't see any log/record of who armed and disarmed the system and when.
Any tips are appreciated - I am the IT Systems Admin and set it all up ie Installer and have Admin rights in the Hikvision software.
