Hello, i am in need of your support on how to reset my hikvision IP camera password to default. i recently intall six IP cameras ans to my knowledge i used same password but when i come for maintenance one of the cameras denied me access. please help.

Many of the latest Hikvision cameras have a pushbutton to reset them to their initial 'inactive' state.
You can then reactivate the camera with a new password, using their SADP program.
You'll find the reset button under the microSD card cover.
