how can i renew my ip camera hikvision model

i just work for one hotel. i add a new ip camera to hikvision nvr, but wrong password, so it show risk on nvr program.when i send ip camera model to hik supporter, not help me.so...

Does your camera have a reset pushbutton?

Its a PoE NVR or a normal NVR? When its a normal NVR, you have to activate the camera first before integrate to the nvr! This you can do with a laptop. Change your IP4 Settings from DHCP to Static and set 192.168.1.1 and connect laptop with ip camera. (You need to give here power with 12V power supply). Then open browser and insert 192.168.1.64 and activate the camera, or you have a cctv tester with this functions
