How can I relay the feed from the NVR to my Bosses office?

Hi all, i am new with hikvision cctv and i need some help on how i can relay the feed from the NVR to my Bosses office.
The cameras are mounted outdoor, with cat5 cables connected to the nvr. and then a display

Does your Boss need to simply access the live streams/playback of the NVR or do they want the camera feeds continuously displayed on a monitor in the office?

yes, lve stream and playback. I have 3 hikvision camera and five alhua cameras, and 8port dahua NVR, is it posible to connect all these?
