How can I get details of Person/Vehicle?

The details are unknown and unrecognized per the screenshot from the Hikconnect application.

I'm confused. We've been through this in another thread unless I'm experiencing deja vu. Neither the camera nor the NVR have that capability.

Aside from this. If Hikvision requires more expensive equipment, do you know if Dahua serves better?

It’s the same situation. You will need their more expensive Wizmind series cameras and a compatible 5 series NVR to get those features. I saw that you already posted on ipcamtalk. You would be best speaking to Andy at empiretek who can supply unbranded Dahua.

An update,
I enabled the 'Face Capture' function on 2 cameras and got some data as below. I thought you needed at least the DeepInMind series to get it?

Not sure, I wouldn’t have expected it to work out sex or age to be honest. Are you using the NVR to do the analysis or face capture on the camera? I’ve not used it but I know you can get a channel of Face ID (as opposed to just detection) using the NVR for the analytics and you can upload a face picture library. Perhaps you can achieve some of what you’re trying after all.

1. I am using the NVR to capture the face. But I don't think there are many functions. The maximum that the NVR can handle is 2 cameras.
2. Do you know if there are more functions on the Camera if the Camera has the 'Face Capture' function?
3. I cannot get the face captured to auto-add into the 'Face library'.
4. I can't get 'AcuSearch' to work or not sure how. When I enabled it, the Cameras couldn't be marked to make it enabled.

AcuSearch will not work. You need an Acusense Camera and with latest firmwares for your NXI-K and the Acusense camera.
I don't know if you can achieve the above functions if you configure Events By NVR and not by Camera
