How can i connect a 2.4ghz AP to a 5.8ghz AP

I have a existing AP of 5.8ghz and i am trying to connect a 2.4ghz to the existing network (note: both devices a of different manufacturers) But when i try to search for my existing network with the 2.4ghz AP, i can't find the network. Please any one with a solution would be appreciated

Am I right in assuming both AP's are connected to the same switch?
You won't be able to connect a 5.8GHz and a 2.4GHz directly. Additionally, brands like MikroTik and Ubiquiti use custom protocols.
Some more info about how you intend to use them would help.

No, both AP's are on different switch, i:e, the 5.8Ghz is my main Hub, i am trying to connect the 2.4Ghz to the main Hub, but i can't find the wireless AP the 5.8Ghz when i try to search for it with the 2.4Ghz
