Hixvision DS-7608N-E2/8P reboots

I have had this recorder for 2 years,in the last 12 months it has been rebooting of it's own accord about once a month,any help to solve this problem? software is V3.3.2.Build 150522
 
You need the download with _EN_ in the middle for English.
The file marked _ML_ is Multi-Language
 
Sorry, no. I don't know why you've encountered a boot loop.
Perhaps yours is not actually a UK version?
Check with your supplier in the first instance, and if they can't help contact HikVision UK.

Thanks for your reply.
I am in contact with the supplier and waiting for an answer.In the meantime could you please give me some instructions on how to recover from the boot loop once I get the correct firmware?
 
Sorry, I've never actually had to deal with a boot loop on any HikVision device.
I'd have to contact HikVision, and probably return the device to them.
