Firmware Hilook IPCAM-T4-30DL - new firmware?

This appears to be a region-specific HiLook model because it doesn't even appear on the Hikvision Global website and the code you have there underneath the firmware version suggests it uses E10 firmware which I can't find anywhere in relation to this particular HiLook model.
We would recommend contacting whoever you bought the camera from or your regional Hikvision office for guidance on where to find the latest firmware.
