HiLook App - country of origin changed to Iraq!

Morning, my Hilook app has been working well at home and abroad. After an overseas trip my country of origin changed to Iraq and I can no longer see my devices. I can't change the country to my country. I also never changed the country to Iraq. I have tried to unbind the device to try to add it but it says it belongs to an already created account which should be mine. I haven't tried deleting the account as I think I may not be able to set it up easily again. What do I do?
 
I haven't ever used the Hilook app, but that happens if you install Hik-connect or iVMS-4500 via the app store and try connect to your device. They are part of the same family and should connect using the same credentials.
