Hikvision snapshot size 6MP camera

Hello,
have a 6MP camera 2CD2463G0-IW
the camera is set to 6MP 3072-2048.
The snapshots attached to the email are however 1200x900
i can not find any setting to change this.
Is this default for attached snapshots?
will the triggerd by event setting perhaps overrule this resolution.?
i can probably make snapshots locally and send those but i like to do it without internal storage

For some reason I can't view your attachments. Have you tried these settings?

this forum does not like chrome. i tried to remove the message but could only remove the attachments.

at first the snapshot attachment was 1200x900
the i enabled the event triggered snapshots and the attachments went to 3072x2048
after that i disabled the event triggered snapshots and i still get a snapshot attached with size 3072x2048.

i think it uses 1200x900 when you never have selected anything. after selecting and deselecting it works.

trange thing is the amount of snapshots is 3. it does not matter if i enable event triggered snapshots en use capture number 4. it sticks at 3

there are a lot of bugs in this firmware
also when i was configuring email settings i got locked out the camera and needed to power cycle before i could get back in.
