Hikvision Resolution Issue Hikvision DS-2CD2355FWD-I 5MP 2.8mm Turret IP POE Camera

I am having resolution issues with a camera i have just added to my system, i currently am using 2 of the above cameras along with a Dome, bought back end 2017, all works great, just added another camera as above build date 10/2018 and the resolution cannot be changed from VGA, i have reduced all the other camera settings in case the nvr wasnt suitable, i even removed all the cameras, tried the new one on its own, still no joy, i think the nvr is upto date. i tried one of the existing cameras on the same cable as the new on and no faults.

Could an issue be caused if the camera is different region?? i have reset the the nvr back to factory and still no joy.

I would appreciate some help if possible.
