Hikvision port forward PLEASE HELP

Hi all,

I’m going crazy trying to sort out the port forwarding on this CCTV system.
All cameras are available to view on the app when on the home wireless Internet however when you move to data only the cameras appear off-line which I believe is to do with port forwarding.
I have opened up ports 88, 8000 443 and 554 which I believe are the correct ones and used ‘can you see me’ to confirm that this is open which it is.

What else is wrong??????? Still nothing!!

If anyone can offer advise in easy to understand terms I’d really appreciate it.

Also set dns 8.8.8.8. And alternative 8.8.4.4

If you are using the Hik-Connect configuration and App you do not need to configure port forwarding.
 
Delete your port forward configuration in your router.
Check the portal and update all your devices to the latest available firmware.
Let us know how you get on.
 
Thank you. It seems I added the account qr codenfrom the maintainace section which is the only one I found. After finding another code under platform access this seems to work!! Thanks again
