I work for an audio video company and we are having trouble with one of the client's camera systems. It is a DS-7616NI-I2 series DVR. When we go to playback the previous recordings and set the speed for 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x while using either Internet Explorer or the IVMS app the time code just stays at 1x speed and sometimes slows down. I have tried this with other camera systems by Hikvision on the same PC and using the same Internet Explorer and IVMS and they all operate fine with the fast forward speed. Any ideas on what this might be?
