Hikvision Nvr Problem

hello all..
i have a hikvision nvr model is ds-7716ni-k4, i am using third party 2mp 7ps & 4mp 5ps ptz camera but problem is 2mp runing well but 4mp no link after 10 to 15min when connect in nvr.

note.. all camera is runing via web browser perfectly..and also using a gigabit switch..
sorry my poor english & help with clear method..thnx in advance..

please write your Camera model detail and indicate that you using ONVIF as a protocol between camera and NVR or cameras connect to NVR by their specific protocol?!
