Hikvision NVR-104M-A/4P

Hi guys,

I recently purchased a Hikvision NVR-104M-A/4P network video recorder which was stated as new on ebay.

Thought I would check for any firmware updates that are availble and update it but can't find any information on this model at all.

I cannot find this model in the manual either so not sure if this comes under a different model number?

Also after reading about issues with grey imported Hikvision equipment I decided to check the serial number of this and the country code comes up as RR (other/unspecified) so not an EU region (Is there a blacklisting issue with NVR's?).

I'm rather new to the CCTV scene and thought this box was a good price at just £48 although i'm not sure if I have now bought a lemon or not?

Any help on this would be great.
