Hikvision Notifications has stopped working

Hi all,

I’ve got a Hikvisiom nvr which I’ve had a while now. I think since I’ve updated it to latest firmware I no longer get image previews of what was detected (as can be seen in picture)
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Which NVR please?
What firmware are you now running please?
Which App?
 
Hi Phil, sorry should have given more information.
It’s a DS-7604NI-K1 /4P On firmware V3.4.95 build 170626. His app is on hik connect although doesn’t also work on Ivms 4500 both on iOS.

I’ve now updated to this newer firmware and tried the different setting. I’m starting to wonder if it’s some of my settings as sometimes live view/playback stutters, could this be anything to do with it ?

Still no luck fixing tbis. I have reset the NVR with no luck. Is the a problem with hik connect ?
 
Which CODEC are you using please?
e.g. h.264/h.265

Hopefully some one still reads this form.

I'm having the same problem with a DS-7626-NI nvr. Could it be the nvr model that just wont push the notifications. I receive the notifications from my other clients DS-7732NI 100%. All the ports have been forwarded and using a static ip for the nvr.
 
I have never come across a 7626 NVR - perhaps contact Hikvision Tech Support and ensure that you are running the latest available firmware.
