Hikvision IPCam disconnecting problem

Hi,

I have 8 IP cameras installed in our house and it works very fine in a year, but now I got a problem with one of my camera it keeps on disconnecting every time to server, sometimes it disconnect for about 9 hrs straight and then comes back. There's no particular time of disconnecting. I already change the IP address of the camera, update the firmware, and also check the wiring of it but still the problem persist. Can anyone help me out of this ? Thanks.

Check the logs of the camera and NVR to see if there are any clues.

There is an error message stated at the bottom of your screenshots. Unfortunately, although I have an error checking tool from Hikvision it provides little help/advice. I'd recommend that you contact your local Hikvision Tech Support and ask their advice / interpretation of the error message.

If you resolve it, perhaps you'd be kind enough to come back here and share the answer.
