HikVision IP Cams - No model number?

I have 3 cameras with interfaces that look exactly like HikVison interfaces but no model number shows, as below...

Is there a new firmware for this camera?

They work ok with my new NVR, DS-7616NXI-I2/S, but these cameras tend to miss a lot of intrusion alerts, compared to my Acusense Cameras that get every event.

"Enable Ai by device" is enabled on the NVR for the non-AcuSense cameras.

Hi @remeniz

Looking at the Firmware Version Property it looks like these cameras are from the R6 Firmware family which would probably make them 2x22FWD or 2x42FWD models.

The latest firmware for these is v5.5.82

If you try this firmware and it doesn't work then this combined with the lack of a model number would suggest these are probably OEM/rebadged Hikvision cameras and use customised firmware.

That is the correct firmware! Model number populated in camera settings now.
