i have this problem with my NVR DS-7616NI-ST it says offline(abnormal network) how to fix this?
and also tried sadp tool but it only recognize my other NVR which is newer DS-7616NI-I2 this nvr has no problem with my ip cameras.
please help.
SADP is a basic utility, it scans your network and will find any Hikvision devices on your network.
It is odd that it does not reveal both NVRs.
Do both have valid IP addresses within you LAN's domain range?

Yes, the IP addresses are within my domain range, can i put ethernet cable in my laptop directly to the poe port to know if this will read my other NVR device?
