HikVision Intercom Unlock functions

Hello everyone.
We have the following scenario:
1 outdoor station DS-KV8102-IM and 3 indoor monitors DS-KH6310-W.
The system is connected and working. The problem is that the customer needs to be able to Unlock 2 doors, with just 1 outdoor station. This doesn't appear to be possible because the outdoor station has 2 unlock options (NC and NO) which are armed simultaneously when the unlock button is pressed. This is not good for us because we want to be able to choose which door to open, not both doors at once.
We have asked this from the local supplier and they provided as with a customized firmware for the indoor stations which provides 2 Unlock buttons at the screen, but they are not sure how to use the second unlock button. Currently When pressing the Unlock 2 button we get a message "Unlocking Failed". Pressing Unlock 1 button opens both doors at the same time.
Do you have any experience with this system or can you think of any way to accomplish the task?

Hi Kostas,
I'm afraid I/we at use-IP can't help.
We experienced so many issues with HikVision Door Entry that we stopped selling it.
It was all very Beta and sometimes even the simplest things seemed impossible, or we'd be told by specialist support in China that there would be a fix in new firmware next month ...

Outdoor unit is running V1.4.71 build 170515
Indoor units are running V1.4.71 build 170804

As i see for indoor units 1.4.71 170804 is customize version right?
Maybe via customized software supported that, but i think (i m not sure) you must have the DS-KD8102-V/ DS-KD8002-VM to do this . I check in user manual of this model that have 2 outputs (att. file) .

Yes, 170804 is the customized firmware.
Hmm, the models you suggest they indeed have multiple outputs, 4 to be exact according to the datasheet. But they have numeric keypads instead for just a calling button. This would make things complicated in our occasion for the visitor, since this is 1 villa, no need to input a code or dial a specific apartment.The customer just needs 1 calling button.
I was thinking that maybe, if we installed another DS-KV8102-IM inside the rack (there's no space for installing it outside) and connect the second door to the second outdoor unit.
In this case we would be using the 2nd outdoor unit just for the dry contact. Would we be able to open the second door with Unlock 2 button while talking to Outdoor unit 1?
