Hikvision intercom rollover settings (DS-KV8113-WME1(C)

Hi Everyone,

Can someone point me in the right direction to program my intercom to rollover.

It is currently connected to x 2 indoor stations on a local LAN.

I want the intercom to rollover to an IVMS-4200 via the internet, meaning if someone does not answer the indoor station after set amount seconds it rolls over to the IVMS-4200

Does anyone know how I can program this or where to find this in the manual. Thanks

That cannot happen, you can only set delay when it will call hik connect not ivms4200
