The latest firmware version for your cameras, NVRs etc can be downloaded from HikVision's European Portal.

You should download the latest version of the Hik-Connect App from the appropriate App store for your mobile platform i.e. the iTunes Store for Apple/IOS devices such as the iPhone & iPads, and Google's Play Store for all Android devices.

I tried to ensure the status to be online but no matter how i try i not able to make it online.. pls advise..
server address using is dev.sgp.evziz7.com
Using a static ipv4 address
Prefer DNS server address is provided by the company working under a government sector.
