Hik-Connect Hikvision Hik-Connect App Issue

I had the Hik Connect CCTV package installed a few months ago. Saturday just gone i checked the cctv and noticed that both cameras had gone off line. The app says the device is Active. Can anyone advise if they've had this issue and how they fixed it?
 
Try power-cycling your NVR.
If that doesn't work we'll need lots more information e.g. model numbers and firmware versions for your devices.
