Hi, im currently struggling to be able to access 1 camera on my nvr and also on the SADP software. i have 3 cameras in total, 2 work brill but the 3 wont connect to my nvr. i have made sure the cat6 cable is correct at both ends with a line tester which this confirms to be correct. when on the nvr i go to the camera section and it tell me that the ip camera username / password is incorrect but i cant seem to reset this, when on SADP software it see my nvr on my network but ask to unblind this but once i enter my username & password is stats connection to device failed. can anyone help me solve this? many thanks liam

What camera models do you have? Are they Hikvision models?
 
The instructions for hard resetting are at the link above:
  1. Disconnect power to the camera (e.g. disconnect it from the port on the NVR)
  2. Hold the reset button down
  3. Whilst still holding the reset button, reconnect power to the device
  4. Continue to hold the button down for 30-60 seconds.
