Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum. I searched for my issue here and on the web but couldn't find a satisfying answer. Please don't hit me if I am asking an obvious question.
I have a Hikvision DS-2CD63C5G0-IVS 12 MP Fisheye camera. I am trying to setup the camera as described in the video:
However, I do not get the five channels (sphere, panorama + 3 virtual PTZ) out. Does anyone have a step by step guide on what I have to do? I am trying it with a Hikvision PoE DS-7616NI-I2/16P NVR. My camera is attached to a separate PoE switch. The internal hardware setting is on "Fisheye only". When I set the camera to "Fisheye + 3 PTZ" I get four channels but I don't find anything on the five channels or if the NVR actually creates the channels from the full resolution fisheye. That was my hope.
Apart from that hope, is there any need for the separate NVR in a small two-three camera setup with an NAS storage?
Thanks for your help and best regards from Germany,
Max
