Hikvision DS-KV8102-IM error code 8200 and how to get still image?

Hi, I got a

It is working fine, I can see the stream on the NVR (hikvision), on internet explorer, I can also see the stream on VLC with
"rtsp://admin:pass@myIP:554/Streaming/Channels/101/"

But I wish to see still images, on my other hikvision camera I am able with
http://admin:pass@myIP/PSIA/Streaming/channels/1/picture

but with this camera the command does not work

Also I receive error code 8200 on the IVS4500 Android app


any hint?

Connect to the local WiFi and change the quality from “clear” to “fluent” and the error code 8200 will disappear.
Mine does the same error if my 4G signal is poor and I select “clear” on the app.
