HIKVISION DS-KV6113-WPE1 and DS-KH9510.
Wired via POE.
Main issues:
1, if the doorbell pressed it rings external twice before door station rings then after 6/8 rings on door station then it call on mobiles by this period of time visitor already left. Is there any way of altering the delay on mobiles?
2nd issue is the external speaker/mic is very very quiet you need to be extremely close to hear and to speak into doorbell. The volume set to full on door station. Any suggestions on a fix for this as well?
