Door Entry Hikvision DS-KB6403-WIP loses registration to the platform

Hallo

Sinds kort verliest de deurbel zijn connectie met Hik-Connect met de melding "platform not registered".
Na de deurbel even zonder stroom te zetten en te rebooten is alles terug OK voor een korte periode.
de wifi is niet altijd stabiel maar de deurbel zou hier geen pobleem mogen hebben en gewoon herregistreren.

Enig idee wat de oorzaak hiervan zou kunnen zijn?

Since short the doorbell loses his connection to Hik-Connect with the message 'platform not registered'.
After cutting the power and forcing a reboot it works again for a period of time.
the wifi is not always connected but the doorbell should stay stable losing connections and reregister when available.

Any idea what would be the cause?

I had the exact same issue with the same door station on the same firmware as Hikkups, i found that if you connect the network cable, then set the ip address to DHCP, then restart the station. unplug the network cable and you can restart the station without losing the IP address. what I then did...

For the moment it is stable. It is indeed different, I don't lose connection due to power failure.
