can anyone help please

whilst clearing out my garage I came across an old unit as above and cant remember the password

firmware V3.1.4 Build 150430


running old software so new method doesn't work


any pointers in the right direct please

There may be a chance if you connect it to your network. Load the SADP tool from Hikvision on a PC and let me know if it's detected.

What IP address is assigned to it and what firmware does SADP say it's running?
