Hikvision DS-2DF8836IX-AELW Speed Dome, turns on, can see in SADP, and after that disappears.

DS-2DF8836IX-AELW started showing pink screen. Restart it, and nothing happens. Update the firmware, and change camera settings, in the picture, after this the camera started and turned off. It does only this thing, on and off, stays for a minute in the LAN (can see in SADP) and disappears.

It worked. Suddenly the screen got pink color . And now, it wont work

I think it'd be best to contact your reseller.

A pink image normally means a stuck IR cut filter, but usually the camera will continue to work.
