Hikvision cameras can't access web interface of it

Dear folks

I have Hikvision DS-2CD2032 IP camera detail as per below :

Can't access the web interface of the ip camera http://192.168.10.84:1084 please check snapshot for the error message :

camera sometime is reachable via ping and sometimes is not, don't why!!!!,,,, snapshot in the link below for command : ping -t

Any advice what could be causing the issue ?

I think firstly I would get the camera on a short/manufactured network patch lead and test again to rule out any connectivity issues (inspect the RJ45 connector's tiny gold pins for signs of corrosion / verdigris).

If you can get access to the camera your firmware is quite a long way out of date and I'd recommend you upgrade to the latest available here:
