Hikvision Camera powers up ok then shuts down

I have a Hikvision DS-7608 NI E2/8P NVR with DS-2CD2332-I cameras. The system has been running for 3 years with no issues. All of a sudden one of the cameras has stopped working. When I reboot the system or pull the POE plug out and put back in the camera starts working again but if I come back an hour later it has stopped working?? Any ideas??

Step 1 - you need to update all of your HikVision devices to the very latest available firmware.

Please update your firmware to the latest available version

Thanks for your reply, I did my NVR about 6-12months ago. That wouldn't explain why all of a sudden it just stopped. The system isn't hooked up to the internet or anything.

Can you update the camera firmware as well??
