Hikvision and Motion Scrambling

Hi,

i dont find anything for the function Motion Scrambling with Hikvision Products. Only with 3rd Party Software is this possible. Any ideas why hikvision dont support that function? Or is there another function with the same target like motion scrambling?

I'm not sure what you mean.
Do you mean a function to blur things that move within a scene?

It's not a common function, I don't know which manufacturers do offer it - you're the first to ask.
