Hi,

I have just upgraded to a 7608NXI-I2/8P/S and also a 2CD2387G2-LSU/SL and having a small issue with Live View over Wi-Fi.

Setup is as follows:

ASUS AC86U Router (Running RMerlin)
CAT6 cabling (Router > 1000Mbps Port Switch > NVR). This is all tested for full 1000Mbps speed as I transfer stuff to my NAS.
Hik-Connect App (iOS App Latest Version), added online device via Wi-Fi
1000Mbps Full Duplex

Latest Firmware on NVR (4.61.000 220507) & IP Camera (5.7.3 220216)
Static IP Address on NVR
CloudFare DNS

Output Bandwidth
35686kbps / 256.00Mbps
Input Bandwidth
34048kbps / 80.00Mbps
Picture Input Bandwidth
3072kbps
Picture Output Bandwidth
26214kbps

5x 2CD2342 running at 2688x1520 (all 10FPS, medium quality and H.264+, these work perfect)

1x 2CD2387G2 with the following settings:

8MP Camera
3840 x 2160 (8MP)
Variable Bitrate
Medium Video Quality
10FPS
Max Bitrate of 8192 Kbps
H.265+

When I view this on live view via Wi-Fi, it takes ages (10s+ to load) and often completely fails (error code 25 or network unstable, or half the live view goes green and freezes). When I get an event/notification, playback which is done via Hikvision server is pretty instant and responsive, it seems to load faster via Hik-Connect than Wi-Fi

I have tried disabling H.265+ and still the same, only thing is lowering resolution to 2688x1520 helps, but still takes a long time.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Looks like a potential issue with Stream Encryption and latest NVR firmware (4.51 apparently fixes it, and turning off Stream Encryption may too... decisions...)
