HikVision 7208 - video out display?

Hi all
I have got a HikVision 7208 HUHI, I am struggling with the BNC output, I cannot seem to get it to work, i have a VGA monitor connected but also I have a BNC wire connected that then has a Phono adapter then goes into the back of my TV AV port but no luck with it working, do I have to activate it anywhere in the Menu as I have seemed tried everything any suggestions?

I haven't tried using the video output myself, but I think you may need to switch main and aux outputs. Have a look at page 48 of the manual section 3.2.2

I think hdmi/vga is referred to as the main output and CVBS (the BNC connector) as the aux output. I'm not sure if you can view both at the same time.
