HIKVISION 4CH- DS-7204HGHI-E1 setting reverted back after reboot

Hi Hikvision Team,
I am facing an issue with HIKVISION 4CH- DS-7204HGHI-E1. Current build v3.1.8 150915. I have added 2 camera in addition to existing 2 cameras but after rebooting DVR settings are reverting back to 2 cameras. Seems like no settings are remains after reboot. Please help me on this.

Sorry, we have little experience with Hikvision's DVRs, as we only sell and support network cameras and NVRs.

My suggestions would be to make sure that all of your Hik devices are running the latest firmware - available from their downloads portal:
DOWNLOAD PORTAL

I would then make sure to test with a Windows 10 PC and Internet Explorer 11.

Make sure that you click 'Save' at the bottom of any pages where you make changes.
