hikvision 4.0 privacy mask

HK 4.0--nvr-- enable privacy mask--in UI i go to camera then choose privacy mask-there is only one camera listed in the drop down list to utilize privacy mask out of 9 total domes--how do i enable the others--the new manual skims over this--must be some prior configuration step to configure cameras for privacy mask function--Thanks for your help--hh

What firmware versions are the NVR and cameras currently running?
