Hikvision 16 port poe switch extended port problem

hi everyone I have installed a 32 channel NVR hiksision using 2 16 port POE switches when I install this system I use 20 IP cameras today I add 4 more cameras two of them working fine but other two did not show in NVR I check POE switch setting it was set on priority I change it to extended 9-16
port setting after this all the cameras are working but image become very slow and we changing screen camera to camera it takes too long please if some one knows about this problem please help thanks

To narrow the problem down, please provide some more info.
Model number of NVR?
What is the average resolution of the cameras (are they all 2MP)?
All firmware up to date on NVR and cameras?
Model number of the two 16 port PoE switches?

hi thanks for your reply here is all the information you need

NVR model: DS-7732NI-K4 two types of cameras used
CAMERA1 model : DS-2CD2T43G0-I5 16 PCS used
CAMERA 2 model: DS-2CD214FW-I 7 PCS used
16 port switch model: DS-3E0318P-E/M
all devices running latest software
both switch connected together via G1 to G1 than from first switch PORT 16 to NVR
now all cameras are working but the few of them images are responding slow please guide me thanks

Are you using the 'Uplink ports" (4 in the illustration below) to connect the two switches one to the other and to the NVR's LAN port?
