"Device decoding timed out. Check the device network connection"

If loading ends then pressing refresh loads next event. Otherwise continuous loading for ever...

App Log out, clearing cache, clearing Data did not solve problem.

App installed from Hikvision App Store on Samsung S21 Android 14 One UI version 6.1
