HiKconnect cameras greyed out.

I've had hikconnect working for a few months up until today where i cannot select my cameras because theyre greyed out and the recent live view says the device is offline.

ive also forgotten my password (which is very stupid) and now i dont know how i can reset it.

any help would be much appreciated

OK, back to basics, on a PC on the same network, do your cameras still show-up in SADP?
How old is the firmware?
You may have been hacked.
You may need to go through the password reset procedure to regain access to your cameras.

I have my nvr hooked to a monitor and i used a mouse off that. im not familiar with sadp.
What is the password reset procedure?
