Hik Vision box will not view on TV unless I switch the CCTV box off and on again

I have had the CCTV box installed in December, all was working fine, then suddenly I cannot View the cameras on the TV, unless I reboot the Hik Vision box

I never switch the TV off at the mains, the TV is a Samsung SMART TV purchased 2015.

‘If I reboot the CCTV it will connect via HDMI 4 port no problem, I can then switch sources to Sky or TV and back again to view,the cameras and playback.

However, as soon as I switch off the TV by the red button on the remote and switch on again to try to view the cameras it states “No Signal” on the TV, unless I reboot the CCTV and the cycle starts again’

This problem has only just started in the past few days.
 
It's an odd one.
Something must have changed to introduce this issue for you, matybe you added another new HDMI device.
We don't have anything specific to offer.

Maybe update the NVR to the latest available firmware in case something has been fixed.
Try re-ordering the TV's HDMI inputs (swap your HDMI devices around).
Check for updates for the TV.
 
Could it be the menu output mode set to auto rather than hdmi?
