We've recently installed a Hikvision system and were very happy with it.
However, suddenly, last week, the sub door station (which is our gate) disappeared from both the app and the indoor intercom.
This means we can no longer open/close the gate with the app or the intercom unless someone calls at the gate. If someone calls, we still get the call on both the intercom and the application => and at that moment we can still open and close the gate and see the live view.
I have the iVMS installed and I still see the gate door station online without any issues. The links between the main station and the sub is still there - I don't see anything different than before.
Is this just a case of re-adding the sub station to the application and the intercom?
Or is it something else?
What could have caused this?
