Hi @micras , You are on the latest firmware for that NVR model.

Is your router's IP address actually 192.168.1.11 (That's what you have entered in the IPv4 gateway field).

And, any particular reason for entering 192.168.1.1 in the Primary DNS field?

Hi my router is 192.168.1.1 I had read that primary dns should have my router add?

Ipv4 getaway - is it my router add that should be there?

Yes, the IPv4 gateway is your router. (gateway = router)
You can use your router for Primary DNS.
A lot of people default to Google's DNS servers:
Primary - 8.8.8.8
Secondary - 8.8.4.4

I had this problem as well... it was very frustrating. I'm trying to remember what I did to fix it! I think it may have been to switch on UPnP rather than port forwarding in the router and NVR?

thanks for the help, there was an error in my input, an incorrect number in ip add, so now it works

Hello, i am having the same issue. I could succesfully register my dvr but after an hour i get the offlane status. How did you fix your problem?
