Hik-Connect HIK Connect problems with notifications?

Hi, having problems with HIK Connect. The playback feature is working but it auto plays the clips it has recorded. It shows ‘no video clip’ below so I am unable to pick an event to watch. The notifications are also not working on my phone and everything is enabled as it should be.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Can you please confirm the software version of the Hik-Connect app you are running? Have you recently updated the app?

V 6.0.151.20231113.1 re installed today
Device firmware V 4.76.005 build 231012 also up to date I believe

In that case, the issue you are seeing is probably related to these other issues with Hik-Connect V6 that have been discussed in the below thread:

There is mention in that thread that possibly uninstalling & reinstalling the Hik-Connect app might solve the issue, if it's still not working after reinstalling let us know as we are still in an open discussion with Hikvision support about this issue.
