Hik-Connect Hik-connect playback issues

I Have a remote site,hikv nvr ds-7608 site has poor upload speeds (below .6mb)(unable to upgrade or change at this stage) I'm getting all events via email no problem,(more than 100/day), live view is ok problem is playback only working for nightvision stored files, it just sits buffering then fail message, if I scroll back before sunrise streaming starts slow but works or after sunset.? Anyone having had similar.

I guess it's just due to the daytime colour playback video needing more uplink bandwidth than you have at that site

Yip I've had a play and each camera has I slightly different time it can handle, so I might be able to adjust colours brightness and the like, cheers Phil
