Hi,
I have Hik-Connect installed on my Android phone, but the playback function doesnt seem to work correctly.
If i access via a Hikconnect account, i get this weird skipping effect, where i can't scroll to specific times using the timeline - see screencap video below:

Also, i can connect via the IP address, but i seem to then have issues with recording. I used to work just fine, but now the app appears to struggle creating the folder to store the video.
Any ideas?
